Understand available balance, order and bid reservations, seller withdrawal differences, and buyer returns.

An auction bid reserves funds while it can become payable. Orders and payment safety checks can create separate reservations. Disputes, refund reconciliation, account review, and settlement checks can also restrict movement. Expand the Wallet's balance/hold details and open the related record when a link is available.
Some eligible seller proceeds can be spent onsite before their withdrawal release date. Their original settlement dates remain attached, including when carried into another order; spending does not restart the date. Other order or account restrictions can still apply after that date.
Use Wallet activity for safe transaction references and deposit/payment/refund history. A pending external payment is not the same as credited available balance. Buyer balance returns use support; customer-only accounts do not gain a self-service cash-out just by holding Wallet funds.
For a return, choose Refund or balance return in Live support. Include the relevant Wallet/order reference, time, and a brief description. Never send full card details, private keys, or authentication codes. Zezima can explain your own visible balances but cannot move money or release a hold.
