Spendable balance, holds, deposits, refunds, and activity history for buyers.
Reviewed July 2026
Wallet shows your spendable balance, deposits, order payments, refunds, donation charges, holds, and activity history.
Spendable balance can be used at checkout where supported. Some funds may be reserved by open orders, bids, refunds in progress, or account checks.
Total posted balance is the full wallet value recorded on your account before active holds are removed.
Spendable at checkout is the amount the checkout can use now, including eligible onsite reward credit.
Withdrawable is seller balance that is cash-out ready after active orders, auction bid hold records, deposit-clearance hold checks, reward credit limits, and finance-review hold checks are removed.
Wallet activity shows deposits, purchases, refunds, donations, and adjustments using safe public references. Buyer balance returns are not instant self-service withdrawals; use support if you need help with a return.
A temporary auction bid hold reserves balance while a bid can still become payable. A deposit-clearance hold can reserve recently credited funds while payment safety checks finish.
A finance-review hold means the balance needs a manual safety review before it can move. It is a protection step for buyers and sellers, not a self-service Wallet action.
Recent payments, refunds, or order updates may take a short time to appear. The Wallet page is the source of truth for current balances.
After sign-in, ask Zezima to summarize your own spendable balance, available balance, held funds, and recent Wallet activity. It shows at most three safe recent items by default, explains the labels, and links Wallet or Support without exposing provider details.
Zezima cannot move money, release holds, issue refunds, approve withdrawals, view another user's Wallet, or expose payment-provider internals. Do not paste payment secrets, private keys, seed phrases, full card details, or one-time codes.
For refund or payment-return questions, choose "Refund or balance return" in Live support. Contact support with the wallet transaction ID, purchase ID, payment transaction ID, and a short timeline.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
