Forum and Community Policy

Scope and rule priority

This policy applies to RSBazaar forums, threads, replies, profiles, reactions, attachments, polls, and reports. Individual categories may have narrower posting rules. Staff-only or official categories may restrict posting by role.

Community standards

Be accurate, relevant, and respectful. Do not harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, discriminate, spam, manipulate engagement, evade moderation, or publish illegal, exploitative, or unsafe content.

Marketplace boundaries

Forums are for community discussion and approved marketplace references. Payments, order delivery, private credentials, disputes, and support evidence must stay in the official marketplace or support workflow. A forum post does not create an order or TradeShield coverage.

Attachments and links

Use only allowed file types and safe links. Raw HTML, scripts, tracking links, credential collection, malicious files, and deceptive redirects are prohibited. Attachments may be scanned, quarantined, rejected, retained for a legal hold, or removed.

Moderation and role scope

Moderators act only within their assigned permissions and categories. Super moderators and forum administrators have broader scoped tools. Official, staff-only, legal, permissions, export, and destructive actions remain restricted to authorized roles and may require step-up confirmation.

Reports, warnings, and appeals

Use the report control on the affected content. Do not retaliate against reporters or submit abusive duplicate reports. Warnings, restrictions, removals, and bans follow the displayed reason and appeal path. Terminal decisions cannot be retried through public AI.

Privacy and evidence

Reporter identity, private reports, legal evidence, staff notes, internal interpretations, and moderation security signals are not public. Zezima may explain this public policy and link the correct section but cannot reveal private evidence or decide an appeal.
