How eligible sellers request crypto withdrawals from Wallet.
Reviewed July 2026
Wallet is the withdrawal place for eligible seller earnings. Self-service withdrawals are for seller earnings only. Buyer wallet balance is used at checkout; seller earnings may be withdrawable when the account and funds are eligible. Crypto withdrawal options appear in Wallet when available for your account.
Check that your seller earnings are available, your account is in good standing, and the destination address matches the selected network.
Enter amount, crypto asset, network, and destination in Wallet. The live preview shows the fee and estimated net amount before you submit.
Some eligible crypto withdrawals up to $500 may be sent automatically after checks. Larger, unavailable, or flagged withdrawals may wait for review. The Wallet history shows the current status.
Verified sellers can ask Zezima for a compact summary of their own available seller balance, recent withdrawal status, and any visible held-balance explanation. It links the exact Seller payouts, Wallet, or Support page when useful and can help prepare a clear support timeline.
Zezima cannot submit, approve, release, speed up, cancel, reject, retry, or edit a withdrawal or payout; it cannot bypass holds, change payout destination or amount, reveal private payout details, or look up another seller's payout. Never send private keys, seed phrases, destination account secrets, or one-time codes in AI chat.
Contact support with the withdrawal reference. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or one-time codes.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
