Fees and destination checks

Current crypto withdrawal rules use a $20 minimum request and a 5% + $10 fee. The fee is added to the requested withdrawal when reserving funds: a $100 withdrawal has a $15 fee, so the total reserved from the wallet is $115. The automatic-processing ceiling is at most $500 and may be lower depending on operational settings; eligibility checks and review still apply.
