Principles of honest trading, accurate records, safe conduct, and accountable review.
Describe products accurately, keep payment and required evidence on-platform, honor accepted commitments, and correct material mistakes promptly.
Review live terms, use authorized payment methods, confirm only after checking delivery, avoid abusive chargebacks, and use the dispute process in good faith.
Keep stock and promises current, protect buyer data, preserve evidence, and never pressure a buyer into outside payment, unnecessary credentials, remote access, or unverifiable handoff.
Treat users and staff respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, dox, discriminate, manipulate feedback, submit fake reports, or retaliate against someone using a safety process.
Roles, approvals, evidence, audits, and policy publication must follow least privilege. Rank, donor status, relationships, or commercial value must not bypass normal review. Private legal and case information stays private.
