How buyer points, tiers, achievements, and reward credit work.

Customer rewards can give eligible buyers points, tier progress, achievements, and reward credit where available. Use the live Loyalty page for your exact balance, tier, history, achievements, and claimable rewards.
Use the Loyalty page to see current rules and balances. Public help gives the overview, but the live page shows your exact status.
Eligible completed activity can add points. Refunds, reversals, abuse checks, or policy issues may adjust points so balances stay fair. Some rewards require enough points before a claim button appears.
Reward credit is usually for checkout use, not cash withdrawal. Loyalty and donor effects may appear on public surfaces when enabled in Account settings. If points are reversed or a reward is not claimable yet, the live page should show the current state.
Ask Zezima how close you are to the next tier, what your current loyalty points show, whether a visible reward tier looks claimable, what reward credit means, or what details to include for support. Zezima reads only your own visible loyalty summary and links the live Loyalty page instead of listing every reward.
Zezima cannot press the claim button for you, grant points, reverse penalties, bypass tier limits, or promise reward credit that the live Loyalty page does not show.
Contact support with order numbers related to missing or changed points.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
