Quick answer

Open Loyalty to see your points balance, lifetime tier progress, quests, achievements, and available reward-credit claims. Points and reward credit are different balances.

Earn and track

Eligible completed orders earn points under the current program rules. The live quest cards explain their conditions and one-time bonuses. The current quest board identifies eligible completed orders of $5 or more, excluding fees; repeated displays of the same quest are not separate rewards. Do not assume an order qualifies until its recorded state and requirements are satisfied.

Your spendable points balance is used for claims. Lifetime points earned determine tier progress and associated effects. Donor rank is a separate program, even when both affect profile appearance.

Claim reward credit

1. Open Claim reward credit on Loyalty.
2. Review the live credit value and points cost for the tier you want.
3. Select Claim when enough points are available and the action is enabled.
4. Check the claim notice, updated points, and Claim history. If the result is uncertain, check history before repeating.

Claimed reward credit is for supported onsite checkout and is not withdrawable Wallet cash. Wallet shows the credit currently available, while the Loyalty lifetime figure includes prior claims.

Adjustments and help

Refunds, reversals, and abuse review can adjust eligible activity and points. Use the live point and claim history to understand a change. Account settings control eligible public cosmetic displays. Contact Support with the related order or claim reference for a missing or incorrect result. Zezima can explain your visible tier and points, but cannot claim rewards, grant points, or reverse a decision.
