Depositing to Wallet

Quick answer

Open Wallet, choose Deposit, select an available deposit method, and review the requested Wallet credit, processing fee, and total before payment.

Deposit step by step

1. Sign in to the account that should receive the funds and open Deposit.
2. Select a Deposit method shown as available. Availability depends on the current payment route, account checks, and supported region/device conditions.
3. Enter the amount. Check the method's minimum Wallet credit and the estimate, including Estimated processing fee.
4. Review the official payment screen and follow any verification or payment instructions. Do not fund the deposit by transferring existing Wallet balance; deposits add external funds.
5. Return to the same Wallet deposit record and check status and activity. Confirm that funds were actually credited before relying on them at checkout.

Card and crypto

For card or another hosted payment method, enter details only in the official payment flow and complete required authentication. For crypto, use the exact asset, network, address, amount, and deadline shown on the invoice. A wrong-network transfer may not be recoverable. Never share seed phrases, private keys, or one-time codes with a seller or AI assistant.

Pending or failed deposits

Network confirmation, verification, or payment checks can delay availability. A browser return, closed tab, or missing banner does not prove success or failure. Reopen the existing record before starting again. Retry only when the official state permits a new attempt; do not send a second transfer to solve an uncertain first payment.
