Prohibited Uses

RSBazaar is built for honest marketplace trading. We may block, remove, hold, investigate, or report activity that creates legal, safety, financial-crime, checkout, or marketplace-integrity risk. This list is not exhaustive.

Not allowed

• Illegal goods or services, stolen property, stolen accounts, stolen payment methods, or stolen funds.
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorism financing, fraud, phishing, malware, identity theft, or account takeover.
• Off-platform payment pressure, fee avoidance, fake orders, feedback farming, collusion, or marketplace manipulation.
• Misleading listings, fake stock, bait-and-switch pricing, copied content, impersonation, or false verification claims.
• Harassment, threats, hate, doxing, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, spam, or abusive reports.
• Attempts to bypass verification, account restrictions, checkout limits, wallet holds, seller review, or staff decisions.

What applies to buyers

Buyers must pay through RSBazaar checkout, keep communication on-platform, confirm receipt only after checking delivery, and use the order dispute flow when something goes wrong.

What applies to sellers

Sellers must list accurately, keep stock and delivery promises current, deliver only what was purchased, protect buyer information, and never pressure buyers into outside payment or unverifiable handoffs.

Enforcement

Enforcement may include warning, content removal, hidden feedback, refund or payout hold, withdrawal restriction, seller downgrade, suspension, permanent ban, evidence preservation, and legal reporting where appropriate.
