Prohibited Uses

RSBazaar may block, remove, hold, investigate, or report activity that creates legal, safety, financial-crime, payment-partner, chargeback, or marketplace-integrity risk. This list is not exhaustive.

Not allowed

• Illegal goods or services, stolen property, stolen accounts, stolen payment instruments, or stolen funds.
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorism financing, fraud, phishing, malware, identity theft, or account takeover.
• Off-platform payment pressure, fee avoidance, fake orders, feedback farming, collusion, or marketplace manipulation.
• Misleading listings, fake stock, bait-and-switch pricing, copied content, impersonation, or false verification claims.
• Harassment, threats, hate, doxing, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or abusive reports.
• Attempts to bypass risk checks, withdrawal holds, seller verification, account restrictions, or payment rail limits.

Payment rail restrictions

Payment partners can apply additional acceptable-use restrictions. If a product, account, user, region, payment method, or pattern falls outside what a rail permits, RSBazaar may disable that rail, cancel the transaction, restrict withdrawals, or request more information.

Enforcement

Enforcement may include warning, content removal, hidden feedback, refund or payout hold, withdrawal restriction, seller downgrade, suspension, permanent ban, evidence preservation, and provider or legal reporting where appropriate.
