Your notification must include the following information:
2.1 Required Information in a Copyright Notice

- Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include:
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your jurisdiction (or, if outside the United States, any jurisdiction where RSBazaar operates), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notifications must be sent to:
- Restoration of Removed Content
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed a court action to prevent restoration.
- Misrepresentation
Any person who knowingly submits false information in a copyright notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including legal costs and attorney fees.
Submitting fraudulent claims may also result in account suspension or termination.
- Repeat Infringer Policy
RSBazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
