Rights-holder notices, content responsibilities, takedowns, appeals, and repeat infringement.
RSBazaar respects copyright, trademark, personality, and other intellectual-property rights. This policy applies to listings, shop pages, screenshots, profiles, forum posts, feedback, messages, and other content made available through RSBazaar.
RSBazaar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Jagex. Jagex, RuneScape, Old School RuneScape, and related names, marks, game content, and intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. References on RSBazaar identify the games and do not imply permission, partnership, or approval.
RSBazaar does not sell any goods; independent sellers offer and supply marketplace goods. The Terms of Service explain the platform role and Jagex-affiliated access condition. That condition does not remove rights-holder rights or prevent legal notices under this policy.
Send a notice to legal@rsbazaar.org. Include the exact content URL, the protected work or mark, evidence of ownership or authority, your contact information, a good-faith explanation, the requested action, and any legally required declaration or signature.
Do not send passwords, private keys, full payment data, unrelated identity documents, or privileged legal strategy. Rights evidence and staff notes remain private and are never exposed through public AI.
RSBazaar may remove or restrict content, request more information, notify the affected user, preserve relevant records, limit repeat offenders, or decline an incomplete or unsupported request. A submission does not guarantee a specific outcome.
If your content is restricted and you believe the decision is wrong, use the case or contact path provided in the notice. Identify the content and explain the basis for restoration with supporting evidence. Do not repost restricted content while review is open.
Users must use accurate titles, descriptions, images, screenshots, and profile content. Sellers may not impersonate brands, staff, rights holders, or other users. Paid placement, donor visuals, ranks, or search position do not grant permission to use protected content.
Repeated or serious infringement may result in content removal, listing restrictions, suspension, or account termination. General order or account questions belong in Support, not the legal notice inbox.
Published versions are immutable. A rollback creates a new version.
