# RSBazaar Copyright Policy

RSBazaar respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. Marketplace listings, shop pages, screenshots, profile copy, forum posts, feedback, and messages must not infringe another party's rights.

What this page covers

This policy covers copyright, trademark, impersonation, and rights-holder complaints involving content visible on RSBazaar. Game names, assets, and references may belong to their respective owners. RSBazaar is an independent marketplace and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Jagex unless expressly stated.

Reporting infringement

Send notices to legal@rsbazaar.org. Include the URL of the content, the work or mark you believe is infringed, proof that you own or are authorized to act for the rights holder, your contact information, and a clear description of the requested action.

What happens after a notice

RSBazaar may remove or limit content, ask for more information, contact the affected user, preserve records, restrict repeat offenders, or decline a request when the notice is incomplete or does not show a rights issue.

Seller and user responsibilities

Users must use accurate titles, descriptions, screenshots, and profile content. Sellers may not impersonate brands, staff, rights holders, or other users. Paid highlights, donor visuals, seller levels, and search placement do not grant permission to use protected content.

Appeals

If your content is removed and you believe the decision is wrong, reply with the content URL, your account email, why you believe the content is lawful, and any supporting evidence. Do not repost removed content while an appeal is open.
