How orders work

From checkout to delivery

1. Choose a listing (set-priced, auction, or service flow such as boosting).
2. Complete checkout — your wallet is applied first where applicable; any remaining outside payment is paid with card or crypto as offered in the flow (see Checkout: wallet, card & crypto).
3. Track progress in Orders and Notifications while the seller fulfils.
4. Confirm receipt when you have received what you paid for, per the product type.

TradeShield protection

RSBazaar uses TradeShield protection with category- and listing-specific windows (not one fixed global duration).

• Your exact protection window is shown directly on your order page.
• If something goes wrong during that window, support can review the order timeline and dispute evidence.
• You do not need to guess timelines — always trust the date shown on your order.
• Read TradeShield for buyers for accounts, auctions, boosting, and swap differences.

Boosting uses quotes and on-site payment after you accept an offer — see Boosting for buyers.

Cross-game gold swap (OSRS ↔ RS3)

Normal gold / currency purchases use on-site checkout (wallet, card, crypto). The gold swap hub is different: basic swap listings require $50+ lifetime support or seller level 3+; Smart rates require $300+ lifetime support. Trades are agreed in a swap thread, and gold is exchanged in-game — RSBazaar does not hold swap gold or provide escrow for that handoff. Read Gold swap (OSRS ↔ RS3) and Seller levels.
