The safe buyer flow from listing to checkout, delivery, and completion.

Choose the correct product page, review the listing, pay only through RSBazaar checkout, then use the order page until delivery is complete.
Check the game, product type, quantity, price, delivery time, seller notes, and seller profile. OSRS and RS3 pages are separate, and each service has its own delivery flow.
Currency, items, accounts, auctions, swaps, and boosting do not all deliver the same way. Use the product-specific guide below when you want the exact delivery flow before or after payment.
Ask Zezima to explain a listing, find the right buyer article, summarize what to check before paying, explain checkout/payment labels, summarize your own signed-in order or dispute status, link your exact order page or receipt, or route you to support. It can route you to the affected order page, but it cannot open a dispute for you, confirm delivery, decide an outcome, approve a refund, release funds, bypass verification, replace the live order conversation or support review, or show passwords, one-time codes, recovery details, private keys, full card details, or another user's order.
Cart, checkout, receipt, and order answers stay compact and separate the answer, next step, exact owned route, and safety limit when each is useful.
Do not paste passwords, one-time codes, recovery details, private keys, full card details, or unrelated private information into AI chat.
Keep messages on-platform and open the issue from the exact order, swap, or service page. Include the order number, a short timeline, and clear screenshots if you have them. Add dispute evidence only inside the affected order conversation so buyer, seller, and support can review the same record.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
