Quick answer

The Donation centre lets you use eligible onsite Wallet funds to support RSBazaar and build donor credit. Review the exact Wallet charge and resulting benefits before Confirm wallet donation.

Make a donation

1. Open the Donation centre and review your current donor total, available tiers, and benefits.
2. Choose the target amount or tier offered by the live page.
3. Read Wallet confirmation: current credit, resulting total, and Wallet charge are separate values.
4. Review the current Terms of Service and Donation Policy, then confirm only the charge you intend.
5. Open donation history and download the Receipt for a completed Wallet-funded donation. Staff support grants may appear separately with no Wallet charge; they are not evidence of a payment you made.

Benefits and limits

Buyer-facing benefits are account cosmetics such as supporter rank and profile/forum styling where enabled. Use the live tier and Account settings for eligible options, including animated-avatar availability. Seller-only tools still require the relevant seller approval and eligibility; a donation does not approve you as a seller or grant staff authority.

Donor credit is not withdrawable cash or ordinary marketplace-order revenue. Donations are optional platform support, not charitable contributions or tax deductions unless the official flow expressly states otherwise. They do not guarantee a trade outcome.

Refunds and help

Completed donations are normally final after benefits are delivered, subject to mandatory rights and confirmed duplicate, unauthorized, failed, or incorrectly recorded payments under the Donation Policy. Reversals can change associated rank and benefits. Contact Support with the donation reference for a missing receipt or incorrect benefit. Zezima can explain the visible rank but cannot create credit or approve a refund.
