Receipts and order records

Quick answer

Open Orders, choose your purchase, and use Download receipt. Your buyer receipt is a payment record for that order; it does not itself prove successful delivery or resolve a dispute.

Download and check

1. Sign in to the account that made the purchase.
2. Open the relevant order and choose Download receipt when available.
3. Review the order reference, payment method label, recorded amounts, status, and any refund/cancellation adjustments.
4. Keep the PDF with the order reference if you need to reconcile a purchase or discuss a payment issue.

What the receipt contains

The buyer payment receipt is generated from the order record and uses safe payment labels. It separates original payment and adjustments where relevant. It does not expose payment-provider internals or unrelated private credentials. Seller settlement statements are a separate role-specific document; another user's receipt is not available to your account.

If a receipt or payment is missing

A slow payment-provider return does not prove payment failed. Check the newest order and Wallet activity before trying again. If the receipt is temporarily unavailable, keep the order ID and contact support rather than creating another purchase to obtain a receipt.

Help

Zezima can link the receipt for an order your signed-in account owns. It cannot generate a payment that did not happen or expose another user's record. For a wrong total, missing adjustment, or download error, give Support the order reference, payment time, and public error text. Keep delivery evidence in the order conversation.
