Where to find receipts, order pages, payment status, and delivery records.

Receipts live on the order record. Open Orders, choose the order, then use the receipt option shown for that order.
Receipts summarize the order, payment method label, totals, and order status that RSBazaar can safely show. They do not expose full card details, private payment or delivery details, or another user's records.
If a payment provider returns slowly, open Orders and check the newest order before trying again. Do not create duplicate payments unless the official checkout or Wallet screen says the first attempt failed.
Ask Zezima "Show order receipt" with an order ID, or ask "Where is my order?" after sign-in. It can link receipt PDFs only for orders your signed-in account can see. It cannot reveal private provider data or create a receipt for an order you do not own.
Receipt and order-record answers stay compact. Zezima can link receipts for orders you own, but it will not expose raw payment or delivery data in chat.
Open support from the affected order and include the order number, payment time, and public error or receipt issue.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
