Where to look

• Orders: delivery state, receipt, conversation, protection dates, and available issue controls for purchases.
• Messages → Orders: buyer/seller order conversations, including paid boosting work.
• Notifications: relevant marketplace, account, and staff updates. Open an alert to follow its destination; Mark all read changes read status, not the order itself.
• My service requests: quote requests and accepted offers before and around payment.
• Swap thread: direct swap agreement and handoff updates.

Browser alerts

The browser-notification control in Messages lets you enable alerts for that browser profile. Allow the browser permission prompt when you want alerts. Use Send test notification when offered. Device notification permissions, browser settings, or Do Not Disturb can prevent a visible banner even if the site accepted the test. Fully quitting the browser may stop delivery.

Email and browser alerts supplement the site; they are not a guarantee that every update appears instantly. Check the order's own countdown and deadlines rather than relying only on a notification.

If an update seems missing

Open the linked order, auction, Wallet, or request and check the current state. Payment confirmation and auction settlement can still be processing. Do not repeat a payment because an alert is late. Contact Support with the order or payment reference if the live record remains unclear.
