What to check if card, crypto, Wallet, or another payment method fails.

If payment fails, check the live error, confirm your details, and try again only through the official checkout or Wallet page.
Make sure billing details are accurate and the card issuer allows the transaction. Your bank may decline for reasons RSBazaar cannot see.
Send only the exact asset and network shown by the invoice. Wait for network confirmation before creating a duplicate payment.
Some payment methods may not be available for every account, region, or order. The live screen shows what is currently supported.
Ask Zezima to explain the public error text, pending or failed payment state, and which safe reference support needs. After sign-in, it can check your own recent Wallet activity where available, limited to a compact recent-item summary.
Zezima cannot see bank-only decline reasons, expose private payment details, retry a payment for you, or contact a payment provider. Do not paste full card details, private keys, seed phrases, or one-time codes.
Contact support with the checkout or Wallet reference, payment time, and a screenshot of the public error message.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
