How referral codes, invited friends, pending referrals, and reward credit work.

Use Refer a friend to see your referral code, sharing link, tracked signups, pending referrals, and any reward credit. Referral credit is account reward credit, not cash withdrawal.
Share only your official referral link or code. Do not promise off-site discounts, guaranteed rewards, fake eligibility, or rewards for activity that does not meet the live referral rules.
An invited friend must use the referral flow and complete the required onsite activity before reward credit can unlock. Referrals can stay pending while the system checks account status, order status, abuse controls, reversals, and program limits.
The Refer a friend page shows the live source of truth: program status, your code, reward rules, pending review, qualified referrals, and granted reward credit. Reward credit is normally used on supported RSBazaar checkout surfaces and is not withdrawable cash.
Ask Zezima what referrals you have earned, why a referral may still be pending, what the current reward rule means, or where to open Refer a friend. Zezima reads only your own visible referral status and links the live page instead of listing every referral record.
Zezima cannot claim a referral manually, grant reward credit, bypass program limits, inspect another user's referral account, or accept private proof in chat as a reward decision.
Open Refer a friend first, then contact support with the invited username or code, approximate signup date, and related order reference if the live page still looks wrong. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, 2FA codes, or private payment details.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
