Delivery confirmation rules

Quick answer

Select Mark as received only after verifying the product, quantity, access, or completed service against the order. The seller's Confirm delivery action is a separate step and is not your receipt confirmation.

Before confirming

• For gold and items, check the full amount or exact product and quantity delivered.
• For accounts, check that the private access details work and match the listing, then review the displayed protection date.
• For boosting, check the agreed scope and completed work.
• Keep useful messages and proof on the order before making the decision.

The confirmation flow

On an eligible order, choose Mark as received. Read Review and confirm your order, complete its required review, and confirm only if delivery is correct. Do not use receipt confirmation to ask the seller to begin delivery or to close an unresolved issue.

What confirmation changes

For ordinary non-account orders, confirmation or no-dispute auto-completion can close the normal delivery-protection path and move payment toward seller release, subject to remaining checks. The page displays the applicable delivery and auto-completion schedule.

Account purchases keep at least seven days of TradeShield protection even after confirmation. Use the exact end date shown; this exception does not make it safe to confirm before checking access.

If delivery is wrong

Do not confirm receipt. Explain the issue in the order conversation and use Raise dispute once available, or the account's Report a delivery issue flow. Watch the deadline and respond to staff requests. Zezima can explain the effect and link your own order, but cannot make the confirmation decision or release funds.
