When to confirm receipt and what confirmation can change.
Reviewed July 2026
Confirm receipt only after the product, amount, account access, item, service, or delivery milestone matches what you bought.
Check the order page, delivery messages, seller notes, quantity, screenshots, and account credentials where applicable. For accounts, make sure the access details work and the displayed TradeShield protection window is understood.
Confirming receipt can move the order toward seller release. If delivery is missing, wrong, incomplete, or pressured off-platform, do not confirm. Use the order page to message the seller or open the dispute/support path.
Ask Zezima "Can I confirm delivery?" and it can explain the risk, summarize your own visible order status after sign-in, and link the exact order page. Zezima cannot click the confirmation button, release funds, decide disputes, approve refunds, or bypass risk checks.
Delivery-confirmation answers link the official order controls. Zezima explains the effect but does not make the decision for you.
Keep proof on the order page and open support from that order. Short timelines and clear screenshots help more than repeated messages.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
