Refunds and cancellations depend on product type, payment method, order status, and the evidence available.
Refunds may be available when an order is not delivered, is materially different from the listing, or support confirms a valid issue.
Refunds are not guaranteed for off-site payments, completed orders with no evidence of a problem, buyer remorse after correct delivery, or actions outside the order flow.
Approved refunds may return to Wallet or another supported destination depending on payment method and order state. Buyer balance returns are handled through the support path shown on the site; they are not automatic self-service withdrawals.
