Recognize the warning signs

• A private payment address or link instead of the official checkout.
• Pressure to confirm receipt before delivery is complete.
• A request to move essential terms, screenshots, or proof to Discord or private messages.
• A lookalike sign-in domain or a longer address that merely contains the RSBazaar name.
• Someone claiming to be staff and requesting a password, one-time code, recovery phrase, private key, session cookie, or full card details.
• A claim that rank, verification, or paid placement guarantees protection without following the order process.

What to do

Stop before paying or confirming. Open the affected order and retain authentic messages, timestamps, usernames, and relevant screenshots. Use its issue controls. Report a suspicious profile or post from that page where the reporting action is available. If no order exists, use Support and include the suspicious listing/profile link.

Gold swaps

The handoff is in-game, but the rate, amounts, world, agreement, and proof belong in the RSBazaar swap thread. Swap coverage is capped by the seller's eligible donor amount, is not gold escrow, and does not protect off-platform terms.

If you already sent money or exposed access

Use your payment provider's official app/site for a payment concern and contact RSBazaar Support with the relevant reference. For compromised login access, use the official account security/recovery route promptly. Do not send more money to recover the first payment. RSBazaar order protection does not cover off-platform deals.
