How held payments, disputes, account protection, and support work.
Reviewed July 2026
TradeShield is RSBazaar's buyer and seller protection system. Buyer payment is held by RSBazaar, delivery and evidence stay on the order, support can mediate disputes, and seller funds release only after the buyer/order verification path and risk checks clear.
Gold, items, accounts, auctions, and boosting may be reviewed according to the displayed order terms when checkout, delivery updates, and communication stay on RSBazaar.
A verified seller has completed the marketplace checks shown on the site. Verification is not an endorsement, a guarantee of delivery, or a reason to skip the listing, seller, checkout, and order terms.
Account purchases include a minimum 7-day TradeShield protection period, even after you confirm delivery. The exact end date appears on the order page. If the account is banned, recovered by the original owner, or stops working during that window, support checks the order record and TradeShield can cancel the sale and refund you when coverage applies.
Off-site payments, private side deals, early confirmation, and proof kept outside RSBazaar can limit what support can verify. Gold swap is a direct in-game exchange and has separate guidance.
Pay through RSBazaar and keep delivery messages, questions, and screenshots on the affected order, auction, swap, or service page. RSBazaar holds the payment while the delivery flow runs. If something does not match the listing, open support or a dispute from that same page so the buyer, seller, and support team are looking at the same timeline.
The result is not automatic: staff reviews the evidence, including the product type, payment state, delivery proof, messages, and timing, before choosing an outcome. The result can be seller release, cancellation, refund, partial refund, replacement delivery, or a continued hold while more information is needed. Account purchases keep the displayed TradeShield protection window after delivery confirmation, so issues like recovery, bans, or lost access can still be reviewed during that window. After a protection or money-back window ends, support may still help both sides communicate, but coverage is more limited.
