Choose the correct game's item market, review the listing and seller, then use its set-priced checkout or auction bid flow. Delivery stays on the resulting order.

Before buying

Check the description, image, game, quantity, stock, delivery window, price, and seller terms. Confirm that the listing is for the product and quantity you actually want. Seller feedback and verification do not replace these checks.

Set-priced listings

Open the listing's purchase flow, select the supported quantity, and review the live total, available funding, and accepted terms. Stock and price are checked again before purchase. Complete the official checkout; do not arrange a private payment.

Item auctions

Review the current high bid, next valid bid, timer, and optional instant buy. Accepted bids reserve Wallet funds and are binding. If you are outbid, the reservation returns to available balance. A qualifying winning bid is settled into an order. Instant buy follows the purchase flow shown. Read How to participate in auctions before bidding.

Receiving the order

Open Orders and use the order conversation for in-game delivery coordination. Verify the exact product and quantity before Mark as received. Keep useful delivery screenshots in that conversation.

If something is missing or wrong

Do not confirm receipt. Explain the mismatch to the seller on the order and use its dispute control when available. Watch the displayed delivery and auto-completion timing. Zezima can explain listing details and link the appropriate public market, but it cannot purchase, bid, or confirm delivery.
