Delivery by product type

Quick answer

Use the handoff shown for the actual product. Most paid purchases are tracked in Orders, but direct gold swaps use their own thread.

By product

• Gold: coordinate the in-game username, world, timing, and purchased amount in the order conversation. Verify the full amount.
• Items: use the order conversation to arrange delivery and check the exact product and quantity.
• Accounts: current listings use instant-delivery stock. Open the paid order for private access details and follow its handoff instructions. Verify access before confirming; never paste credentials into AI or public chat.
• Auctions: a qualifying winning bid is settled into an order. Delivery then follows the purchased item or account type; bidding is not a separate delivery method.
• Boosting: compare and accept a quote before checkout. After payment, follow the paid order and Order conversation for the accepted scope, delivery window, progress, and proof.
• Swaps: coordinate in the swap thread and exchange gold directly in-game. RSBazaar does not escrow swap gold; coverage follows the displayed seller limit.

Confirmation and deadlines

The seller's delivery update is not your confirmation of receipt. Check the actual delivery before Mark as received. Watch the order's dispute unlock and auto-completion schedule. Account purchases retain at least seven days of protection even after confirmation; the exact end date is shown on the order.

Problems

Keep delivery messages and proof on the affected order or swap thread. Explain what was promised and what arrived. Use the available issue control before the deadline rather than confirming an unresolved delivery. See Delivery confirmation rules.
