Zezima, the RSBazaar AI assistant, can help buyers understand listings, compare offer details, check their own visible rewards, find public Help Centre and policy pages, check public site status, and prepare clear support messages when human help is needed.
Use the AI assistant for guidance, not private secrets. Do not paste passwords, reset links, recovery codes, 2FA/MFA codes, session cookies, private keys, seed phrases, full card details, or private account handoff data.

For general topics, the AI assistant answers from public RSBazaar guidance and links the relevant page or article. For account-specific issues, it may ask for safe references such as an order number or route you to human support.

Use the AI assistant to turn a marketplace or account-status question into a clear next step: which page to open, what to check before paying, what a visible label means, or what safe details to include for Support. For rewards, donations, and referrals, Zezima can summarize your own visible account state and link Donations, Loyalty, Refer a friend, or Account settings.
For account-entry questions, Zezima keeps answers short and links the official page for sign-in, registration, username setup, verification email, password reset, Google signup, Discord signup, Discord connect, logout, email change, and account-restriction messages.
It can prepare a support packet with the page, public error text, safe account identifier, and what you already tried. Zezima can explain the visible page reason and link the correct page.
Zezima cannot reset your password, verify your identity from chat, process reset links, or reveal whether an email exists beyond the official page behavior. It cannot reserve a taken username, skip a cooldown, bypass username policy, or bypass account restrictions. It cannot create accounts, change credentials, resend verification emails from chat, or process passwords, one-time codes, reset links, cookies, or session tokens.
AI cannot approve refunds, confirm off-site deals, place bids, complete checkout, reveal private account data, decide disputes, fake donor rank, grant referral credit, claim loyalty rewards, inspect another user's account, or override the live listing, order, Wallet, Loyalty, Donation, referral, or checkout screen.
Use the Support path and include the conversation topic, order number if relevant, and what did not make sense. Keep the explanation short and factual. If anyone asks you to move payment or proof away from RSBazaar, stop and contact support.
