Watch the guide (0:48)Use the final live checkout or Wallet deposit preview for the cost you are agreeing to pay. Product price, external processing costs, and Wallet funding are different parts of the total.
Check the seller, product, game, quantity, subtotal, eligible Wallet amount, external amount, and any applicable processing cost. Deposit previews separately show the requested Wallet credit and estimated processing fee. Review updated totals if a method or listing changes.
When eligible Wallet funds cover a purchase, there is no external payment step and no second buyer external-payment fee on that Wallet-funded amount. This does not erase any processing charge paid when the Wallet was originally funded.
If Wallet only covers part of the order, the checkout shows the remaining external amount and applicable payment terms. Do not calculate costs using an old percentage from an article, video, or prior order. Available methods, minimums, seller funding terms, account checks, and payment conditions can change the valid choices.
Buyer payment fees are recorded separately from seller proceeds. A refund decision should identify whether each affected amount is returned, retained, reversed, or excluded. An order refund does not automatically promise that every processing cost is refunded. Use Receipts and order records and the Refund Policy.
Stop before confirming. Recheck quantity and funding, then contact Support with the listing or checkout reference. Zezima can explain a label; the live confirmation is the reference for the actual amount.
