Compliance
Financial-crime controls for accounts, payments, wallet activity, orders, sellers, and payouts.
RSBazaar uses financial-crime controls to protect users, payment methods, and the marketplace and to meet applicable legal and provider obligations.
Reviews may consider identity and business information, payment ownership, wallet movement, order patterns, linked accounts, device and IP risk, sanctions indicators, chargeback history, withdrawal behavior, suspicious reports, and relevant evidence.
Use your own account and authorized payment method, keep checkout on-platform, provide accurate information, and respond to proportionate verification requests. Do not test payment details, hide ownership, structure activity to avoid controls, or process funds for another person without authorization.
Sellers may need identity, business, payout, source-of-funds, or risk checks before listing, accepting orders, or withdrawing. Payouts may be delayed while orders, disputes, chargebacks, unusual activity, account changes, or legal obligations are reviewed.
RSBazaar may delay deposits, withdrawals, payouts, listing privileges, account access, or settlement when fraud, sanctions, stolen funds, money laundering, linked accounts, payment reversal risk, or law requires review. A hold is not by itself a final finding.
Users should provide truthful information through the requested secure workflow. RSBazaar does not disclose confidential watchlist logic, suspicious-activity assessments, legal requests, privileged communications, or internal case notes publicly or through Zezima.
See Prohibited Uses, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Use Support for operational questions. Public AI cannot clear a hold, approve KYC, decide sanctions status, or give legal advice.
Published versions are immutable. A rollback creates a new version.
