The additional agreement accepted by sellers before verification and marketplace activity.
This Seller Agreement supplements the Terms of Service. If this agreement conflicts with the general Terms, this agreement controls for seller activity unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Sellers must maintain accurate account, identity, business, tax, payout, and fulfillment information. RSBazaar may approve, decline, suspend, or re-review a seller based on risk, documentation, sanctions screening, processor requirements, complaints, chargebacks, or account history.
Acceptance is recorded against the immutable version and content digest shown on this page. Verification or prior access does not waive later policy updates.
Sellers are responsible for accurate categories, titles, images, stock, prices, delivery windows, product details, service scope, and restrictions. Deliver through the recorded order workflow and preserve verifiable evidence. Do not request off-platform payment, mislabel a product, reuse evidence, or pressure a buyer to close a dispute early.
The live seller and order flows show applicable marketplace fees and net proceeds. Buyer payment fees are separate from seller proceeds. RSBazaar may delay, offset, freeze, reverse, or reduce a payout to address refunds, chargebacks, negative balances, suspected fraud, policy violations, sanctions, incorrect payout details, or processor instructions.
Payouts are made only to eligible accounts controlled by the approved seller. A pending balance is not guaranteed to be immediately withdrawable.
TradeShield keeps payment records, messages, delivery proof, confirmations, and support actions tied to the order. Product-specific protection windows appear on the order. Sellers must cooperate with evidence deadlines and may not alter or destroy relevant records.
Use buyer data only to fulfill and support the affected order. Do not retain, disclose, sell, or use it for unrelated marketing. Never request passwords, recovery codes, one-time codes, private keys, remote access, or unnecessary identity data.
Sellers may not offer illegal goods or services, stolen or unauthorized access, malware, phishing, payment circumvention, chargeback coaching, fraud, sanctions-restricted trade, infringing content, misleading listings, harassment, or anything prohibited by RSBazaar or applicable law.
Sellers must cooperate with disputes, refunds, chargeback evidence requests, and staff investigations. Outcomes may include release, full or partial refund, replacement fulfillment, fee adjustment, listing removal, payout hold, seller downgrade, suspension, or termination.
Use Support for operational questions. Public AI may explain this agreement but cannot approve a seller, release funds, alter a private case, or reveal internal risk logic.
Published versions are immutable. A rollback creates a new version.
