RSBazaar operates a managed digital marketplace. Buyers pay RSBazaar through the on-platform checkout, sellers fulfill the accepted order through platform tools and order threads, and RSBazaar deducts a platform fee before recording the seller's net proceeds for payout.
Sellers must maintain an accurate account profile, complete required verification steps, and provide business, identity, tax, payout, and fulfillment information when requested. RSBazaar may approve, decline, suspend, or re-review sellers based on risk, account history, processor requirements, sanctions screening, buyer complaints, chargebacks, or missing documentation.
Sellers are responsible for accurate listing descriptions, availability, pricing, delivery timing, and evidence of completion. Fulfillment must remain inside RSBazaar order flows unless staff gives written permission in the order record. Sellers must not ask buyers to pay off-platform, mislabel a product or service, reuse delivery evidence across unrelated orders, or pressure buyers to close a dispute before delivery is complete.
RSBazaar records the buyer's gross payment, deducts the applicable marketplace fee, and credits the seller's net proceeds to the seller ledger. Seller proceeds may be held during delivery, buyer protection, dispute, chargeback, refund, sanctions, payment review, or manual trust review windows. Payout timing depends on seller status, payout method availability, risk review status, and any open case connected to the seller or order.
Buyer external payment fees, when shown for card, crypto, or another available payment method, are separate buyer pay-in fees and are not seller proceeds. Seller marketplace fees, seller payout, and TradeShield release amounts are calculated from the order subtotal unless a specific refund, chargeback, or staff ruling states otherwise.
Sellers agree that RSBazaar may delay, offset, freeze, reverse, or reduce a payout when required to cover refunds, chargebacks, negative balances, suspected fraud, policy violations, incorrect payout details, or processor instructions. Payouts are made only to eligible payout accounts controlled by the approved seller.
TradeShield is RSBazaar's order protection layer. It combines order-status holds, buyer confirmation, seller evidence, in-site messaging, dispute windows, chargeback monitoring, and staff trust review before seller proceeds are released. Admins can place additional holds when an order, seller, customer, listing, payment, or communication pattern indicates elevated risk.
Sellers may not offer illegal products or services, stolen or unauthorized account access, credential theft, malware, phishing, payment circumvention, chargeback coaching, fraud, sanctions-restricted trade, counterfeit or infringing content, misleading listings, harassment, or anything prohibited by RSBazaar, its payment processors, card networks, law, or applicable platform rules. RSBazaar may remove listings and restrict sellers immediately where safety or compliance requires it.
Sellers must cooperate with buyer disputes, refund reviews, chargeback evidence requests, and staff investigations. RSBazaar may request proof of delivery, timestamps, order-thread messages, screenshots, customer acknowledgements, and any other reasonable evidence. Outcomes may include release to seller, full refund, partial refund, replacement fulfillment, fee adjustment, account restriction, or payout hold.
