How bidding, instant buy, winning, holds, and checkout work.

Bid only when you are ready to buy. If you win or use instant buy, finish checkout through RSBazaar and follow the order page for delivery.
Read the product type, images, current bid, minimum next bid, end time, instant-buy option, delivery time, seller notes, and any bid rules shown on the auction page.
Place a valid bid or use instant buy when available. If another buyer outbids you, check Wallet activity and the auction page for the current state.
Auction pages show whether you are winning, outbid, or eligible to complete checkout. Delivery follows the product type: item, account, or other auction listing terms.
Ask Zezima to explain an auction state, time left, current high bid, minimum next bid, reserve state, soft-close behavior, or what to check before bidding. If you give one exact amount for one live auction, Zezima can compare it with the live minimum and link the protected bid form. It never submits a bid from chat because bids reserve Wallet funds and cannot be retracted.
Zezima cannot auto-bid, bulk bid, schedule bids, reveal hidden reserve amounts, show another bidder's private data, or retract a submitted bid.
Do not make private side deals after bidding. Contact support with the auction link and any payment or bid reference.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
