How to buy accounts

Review the account's listing and restrictions, complete the official purchase flow, then open the paid order for its private access details. Verify access before confirming receipt.

Before purchase

Check the game, account type, visible stats, screenshots, restrictions, description, seller feedback, delivery label, and protection terms. Neither verification nor a screenshot guarantees future recovery safety. Account auctions require the same care as set-priced accounts.

Handoff and confirmation

1. Complete the listing checkout or qualifying auction flow.
2. Open Orders and choose the purchase. Current account listings use instant-delivery stock: access details are delivered privately on the paid order, rather than requiring an off-site seller message.
3. Follow the account-specific instructions and check that the login details work and the account matches the listing. Keep credentials private; never publish or paste them into AI chat.
4. Complete any safe handoff/security steps described by the listing and order.
5. Select Mark as received only after checking access and the order's review checklist.

TradeShield account protection

Account purchases include at least seven days of protection even after buyer-confirmed delivery. The exact end date appears on the order. Report recovery, a ban, or lost access during that window promptly. Staff review the evidence; cancellation or refund depends on coverage and the case.

If access does not work

Use Report a delivery issue on the order and explain the problem without exposing secrets. The issue starts with the seller; unresolved account handoff issues can proceed to staff after the response window shown. Keep the discussion and relevant proof on the order. The account-protection window is separate from this initial handoff response timer.
