Account, marketplace, payment, content, enforcement, and dispute rules for using RSBazaar.
RSBazaar, we, us, and our mean the RSBazaar marketplace service and the contracting entity identified in the applicable checkout or formal notice. User means any visitor, customer, seller, donor, forum member, or account holder. Order means an on-platform purchase record. Seller means an approved user offering goods or services. TradeShield means the order, evidence, hold, and dispute controls described on RSBazaar.
These Terms govern accounts, listings, checkout, wallet activity, orders, messages, feedback, seller tools, donations, support cases, and community features. Product pages and checkout may display additional transaction terms. If a transaction term conflicts with these Terms, the more specific term controls only for that transaction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
You must accept the current immutable version shown on this page when RSBazaar asks you to do so. Acceptance records identify the policy slug, version, content digest, effective date, account, time, and source workflow.
Provide accurate information, protect your login, and use payment methods you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account until you report suspected compromise. Sellers may need identity, business, payout, tax, sanctions, or safety checks before listing, accepting orders, or withdrawing.
RSBazaar may approve, decline, suspend, limit, or re-review an account when risk, documentation, complaints, chargebacks, legal obligations, or policy concerns require it. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, private keys, or full card details through chat, forums, or support.
Review the listing, seller, live price, fees, delivery method, protection window, and confirmation screen before submitting. Auction bids are binding once accepted by the service and cannot be retracted merely because they were entered incorrectly.
Pay through official RSBazaar checkout, keep order communication on-platform, and confirm receipt only after checking delivery. If something goes wrong, use the affected order, dispute, or Support path so the decision is based on the correct record.
Sellers are independent marketplace participants. Sellers must list accurately, keep stock and delivery promises current, deliver what was purchased, protect buyer information, and preserve fulfillment evidence. Sellers may not request off-platform payment, fake confirmation, unnecessary credentials, remote access, or unverifiable handoffs.
The Marketplace Seller Agreement adds seller-specific verification, listing, payout, and cooperation requirements.
The live flow shows applicable amounts before submission. Buyer payment fees, seller marketplace fees, wallet entries, donations, highlights, and payout values are separate ledger concepts. Seller proceeds may be held while delivery, confirmation, dispute, reversal, verification, sanctions, or safety review remains open.
Donations are governed by the Donation Policy. They are not charitable contributions unless the live flow expressly says otherwise.
Refund eligibility depends on order status, delivery evidence, messages, product protection terms, payment status, and dispute timing. Outcomes may include release to seller, full or partial refund, replacement fulfillment, fee adjustment, account restriction, or continued hold. Off-platform agreements are not protected by the RSBazaar order record.
Read the Refund Policy for the current process and evidence requirements. A payment-provider reversal does not replace the RSBazaar dispute process and may cause related funds to be held.
Listings, shop pages, profiles, feedback, screenshots, forum posts, and messages must be accurate and lawful. RSBazaar may remove content, reduce visibility, preserve evidence, or restrict accounts when content is abusive, misleading, duplicated, manipulated, infringing, or unsafe.
Forum activity is also governed by the Forum and Community Policy. Rights-holder notices follow the Copyright Policy.
You may not use RSBazaar for illegal goods or services, stolen accounts, stolen payment methods, fraud, phishing, malware, sanctions evasion, money laundering, chargeback abuse, fake orders, feedback farming, harassment, impersonation, misleading listings, or attempts to bypass verification, checkout, wallet holds, or staff decisions. The Prohibited Uses Policy provides further examples.
RSBazaar may warn, limit, suspend, ban, hold funds, cancel orders, remove listings, hide feedback, require verification, or preserve records when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of access.
Use the appeal or review path attached to the relevant order, support case, forum action, or account notice. RSBazaar does not decide appeals through public AI chat.
Material updates are published as a new immutable version with an effective date and a clear action notice. Older versions remain available from the version archive. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.

Published versions are immutable. A rollback creates a new version.
