These Terms govern your use of RSBazaar. RSBazaar is an independent player-to-player marketplace for OSRS and RS3 goods and services. Buyers use checkout and order tools, sellers fulfill accepted orders, and RSBazaar provides marketplace, wallet, messaging, dispute, verification, and support systems.
These Terms apply to accounts, listings, checkout, wallet activity, orders, messages, feedback, seller tools, support cases, and community features. Additional rules can appear inside product pages, checkout, seller onboarding, order pages, wallet screens, and help articles.
You must provide accurate information, protect your login, and use your own payment methods. Sellers may need to complete identity, business, payout, tax, or safety checks before listing, accepting orders, or withdrawing. RSBazaar may approve, decline, suspend, or re-review accounts when risk, documentation, complaints, chargebacks, or policy concerns require it.
Buyers must review listing details, pay through RSBazaar checkout, keep order communication on-platform, and confirm receipt only after checking delivery. If something goes wrong, use the order thread, dispute button, or Support so staff can review the order record.
Sellers are independent marketplace participants. Sellers must list accurately, keep stock and delivery promises current, deliver what was purchased, protect buyer information, and maintain proof of fulfillment. Sellers may not pressure buyers into off-platform payment, fake confirmation, private credentials, or unverifiable handoffs.
Buyer payment fees, seller marketplace fees, wallet activity, donations, highlights, and payout details are shown in the live flow before submission where applicable. Seller proceeds may be held while delivery is pending, buyer confirmation remains open, a dispute is active, payment reversal risk exists, payout details change, or safety review is required.
Refund eligibility depends on order status, delivery evidence, buyer and seller messages, product protection terms, payment status, and dispute timing. Outcomes may include release to seller, full refund, partial refund, replacement fulfillment, fee adjustment, account restriction, or continued hold. Off-platform agreements are not covered by the RSBazaar order record.
You may not use RSBazaar for illegal goods or services, stolen accounts, stolen payment methods, fraud, phishing, malware, sanctions evasion, money laundering, chargeback abuse, fake orders, feedback farming, harassment, impersonation, misleading listings, or attempts to bypass verification, checkout rules, wallet holds, or staff decisions.
Listings, shop pages, profile copy, feedback, screenshots, forum posts, and messages must be accurate and lawful. RSBazaar may remove content, reduce visibility, hide feedback, restrict accounts, or preserve evidence when content is abusive, misleading, duplicated, infringing, manipulated, or unsafe.
RSBazaar may warn, limit, suspend, ban, hold funds, cancel orders, remove listings, hide feedback, require verification, or preserve records when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce marketplace rules. Serious or repeated violations can result in permanent loss of access.
