How seller proceeds, delivery proof, disputes, auctions, accounts, boosting, swap, seller level, and donor gates work.
TradeShield protects legitimate sellers by keeping payment, delivery, evidence, disputes, and payout release rules inside the RSBazaar order flow.
TradeShield starts when a buyer pays through RSBazaar checkout or wins an auction and completes checkout. From that point, seller proceeds are tracked through order status, delivery, buyer confirmation, disputes, chargebacks, and risk review.
There is no separate activation fee. You still need to follow seller rules, use the correct listing console, and keep evidence on-platform.
Always trust the live order page for exact dates. High-risk orders, chargebacks, disputes, payout changes, or compliance review can extend holds.
| Product area | Seller release behavior |
|---|---|
| Gold / currency | Proceeds release after buyer confirmation or the no-dispute auto-complete path, usually 3 days after seller delivery when no dispute blocks release. |
| Items | Set-priced and auction item orders follow the same delivered, confirmed, disputed, or auto-completed release path. |
| Accounts | Account orders auto-deliver credentials through the order. Account protection normally runs 7 days after delivery, then an extra account escrow release hold can apply before payout. |
| Boosting / services | Paid jobs use on-platform order chat and proof. Completion and release follow the timing shown on the paid job/order page. |
| Auctions | Bids and instant-buy paths settle through the auction checkout. Seller release then follows the item/account category after delivery and confirmation. |
| Gold swap | Swap listings are not normal escrow sales: OSRS <-> RS3 gold is exchanged in-game, and RSBazaar does not custody the handoff gold. |
