How held payments, delivery proof, chargeback protection, and payout release work.

TradeShield supports sellers by keeping payment records, order messages, delivery proof, and support requests tied to the same order. Eligible proceeds release after the order's displayed release conditions and any open review are cleared.
Verified sellers benefit most when they deliver through RSBazaar order tools and keep proof on-platform.
Follow the listing terms and order instructions. If you need buyer details, ask only for the details needed to deliver that order.
Keep clear proof of delivery. Screenshots should show the buyer/order context, delivery amount or item, and completion when possible. If a buyer reports an issue, TradeShield support reviews the order timeline, messages, payment status, and evidence before deciding release, refund, replacement, or continued hold.
TradeShield helps defend sellers against payment fraud, scam attempts, and false chargeback disputes by keeping checkout, delivery, and support evidence together. Sellers must respond to evidence requests and keep fulfillment inside the order flow.
Zezima can explain seller-side dispute status that is visible to your account, list common delivery-proof expectations, and help turn a buyer issue into a short factual support summary. It cannot collect private evidence, decide a dispute, release funds, approve a refund, punish the buyer, or replace the support review workflow. Add evidence only to the affected order or protected support flow.
Do not ask buyers to confirm early, move payment off-site, or hide important delivery details outside RSBazaar.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
