Rules for account listings, screenshots, handoff, and buyer safety.
Reviewed July 2026
Account listings must be truthful, complete, and safe to hand over through the order flow.
Show accurate game, account type, stats, restrictions, images, delivery time, and any warranty or recovery notes buyers need before purchasing.
Provide access through the order handoff flow. Do not ask buyers to move to private chat for credentials or extra payment.
Zezima can explain account listing requirements, help buyers understand public listing terms, and guide sellers to the correct account-offer tools. It must not reveal private stock, credentials, buyer data, hidden recovery notes, or make unsupported guarantee claims.
No stolen accounts, misleading screenshots, hidden recovery risks, fake ownership claims, or post-sale recovery attempts.
Contact support with the listing ID and purchase ID. Keep all handoff evidence on-platform.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
