Choose individual when you are applying as a natural person rather than a registered company.
The individual flow asks for listing categories, selling experience, legal identity details, an identity document, and a selfie-with-ID check.
Upload documents only inside the secure seller verification wizard. Do not paste document images, storage links, ID numbers, passwords, recovery details, or one-time codes into Zezima, forums, Discord, or public messages.
Zezima can tell a signed-in user whether the application is not started, draft, under review, approved, rejected, or missing the next safe step. It can link directly to the current protected wizard page, such as categories, selling experience, individual details, ID upload, or selfie upload.
If you are already approved, there is no seller verification upload step to complete. Open the seller dashboard or Seller status instead.
Zezima cannot approve seller verification, inspect raw document files, submit the application for you, or advise you to use another person's documents.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
