Some flows (including certain mark delivered paths) require an image proof upload with a maximum size enforced by the server — follow prompts in the seller UI.
Paid boosting jobs expose an optional delivery proof upload for sellers (images, server-enforced type/size). Use it when it helps the buyer and staff see what was delivered; it is not a separate verification requirement.
If a buyer opens an appeal, respond factually in the thread staff can see. See Disputes & appeals.
If something is unclear or outdated, email us and we will improve it. Do not share passwords or payment codes in email.
