What sellers should save before, during, and after delivery.
Reviewed July 2026
Good proof is clear, relevant, and tied to the order. It helps complete orders faster and resolve disputes fairly.
Deliver only what was listed and paid for. Confirm game, amount, world, username, item, account, or service details before handoff.
Useful proof may include order chat, screenshots of agreement, delivery screenshots, before/after service proof, and timestamps. Do not expose unrelated private information.
For manual delivery, seller proof is optional evidence that helps staff and the buyer review what happened. Buyer receipt confirmation is the final delivery signal.
Zezima can remind you what proof is usually useful, where to continue the order conversation, and how to draft a factual seller reply when a buyer says they did not receive delivery.
Use Zezima for wording and checklist help only. Add actual proof inside the order conversation, not inside AI chat. Keep the reply factual: what was delivered, when, and which on-platform messages or screenshots support it. Do not paste unrelated private details into AI chat.
Do not edit screenshots to hide the important parts, ask buyers to confirm early, or rely only on private messages outside RSBazaar.
Pause affected listings if needed and contact support with a short timeline and evidence.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
