Some highlight and visibility tools depend on seller status, donor rank, rewards, or account standing. The live seller pages show what is available.
Use accurate titles, good images, clear delivery times, and honest stock. Do not add irrelevant keywords to appear in searches where your listing does not belong.
Highlighted or promoted listings may stand out visually, but buyers still see price, seller information, stock, and delivery terms.
Contact support with the listing link and what you expected to see.
Open Seller rewards to check credits and eligible listings. One credit highlights one eligible listing for 24 hours, followed by 24 hours of rest for that listing. Manual and automatic highlights share this timing.
Auto-highlight lets you choose listings, a Daily spend limit, and a Total campaign limit. Visibility tools do not guarantee sales or a fixed search position.
