Bulk tools help eligible sellers manage many listings faster. Use them carefully, because imported data affects what buyers see.
Bulk access may depend on seller status, account standing, and the product area. The seller dashboard shows what is available to you.
Imported listings still need accurate titles, categories, prices, stock, delivery times, images, and rules. Bulk upload does not bypass marketplace rules.
Run a preview before confirming an import. Review created rows, updated rows, rejected rows, stock, prices, images, delivery, and auction fields before publishing anything.
Exports are meant to help you audit and update your own listings. They should not be treated as a backup of private account handoff secrets.
Ask Zezima to explain a CSV error, summarize what a rejected row means, remind you which page to use, or draft safer listing wording. Zezima cannot skip preview, publish bulk rows from chat, grant bulk access, or bypass seller eligibility.
Pause affected listings and contact support with the file name, time uploaded, and a short description of the issue.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
