Managing many listings manually can be time-consuming. RSBazaar provides a bulk import and export system that allows eligible sellers to create, update, and manage multiple listings efficiently using CSV files.
Who can use bulk tools?
Bulk tools are available only to:
- Verified sellers
- Seller level 2 and above
If you do not meet these requirements, the bulk tools will not appear in your dashboard.
Supported listing types
Bulk import is currently available for:
- OSRS items (set-priced and auction)
- RS3 items (set-priced and auction)
- OSRS accounts (set-priced and auction)
- RS3 accounts (set-priced and auction)
Not supported:
- OSRS currency
- RS3 currency
Currency listings must be managed individually.
How bulk import works
RSBazaar does not import listings immediately after upload. Every bulk upload first goes through a preview step that shows what will be created, updated, or rejected. You must confirm the import before any changes are applied.
- Download a template — Choose the correct template for your listing type (items or accounts, set-priced or auction).
- Fill in your listings — Edit the CSV file with your listing details. Each row represents one listing.
- Upload the CSV file — Use Upload CSV for preview on the bulk import page (you can also paste CSV text).
- Review the preview — Check the summary and table: creates, updates, rejects, and row-level detail (game, title, stock, prices, discounts, etc.).
- Confirm the import — Only after you confirm are valid rows written. Rejected rows are not imported.
CSV structure
Each template contains only the fields required for that listing type.
Common fields include:
- Game (OSRS or RS3)
- Title
- Description
- Price (USD)
- Delivery time
- Stock (set-priced only)
- Auction settings (auction only)
- Images
- External key (optional, used for updates)
Important: Values must match the expected format exactly, or the system will reject the row.
Updating existing listings
You can update existing listings using the external_key column.
- If a matching listing is found under your account, it will be updated
- If not, a new listing will be created
- You cannot update listings owned by other users
Volume discounts (set-priced only)
Set-priced listings support volume discounts.
Example format:
qty:2,price:190;qty:5,price:175
This means:
- Buying 2+ units → $190 each
- Buying 5+ units → $175 each
Rules:
- Only available for set-priced listings
- Not supported for auctions
- Quantities must increase in order
- Prices must not increase per tier
Stock rules
- Set-priced listings can have multiple stock
- Auction listings are always limited to 1 stock
If your CSV includes invalid stock values, the row will be rejected.
Exporting your listings
You can download your existing listings as a CSV file for editing. Export does not require a preview step — it is a direct download. The file you get matches the import templates so you can edit and use Upload CSV for preview when you are ready to import changes.
This allows you to:
- Edit listings in bulk
- Re-upload changes through the preview → confirm flow
- Keep backups of your inventory
Common errors
Rows may fail validation for reasons such as:
- Invalid game value
- Missing required fields
- Incorrect price format
- Invalid delivery time
- Unsupported volume discount format
- Auction listings using stock greater than 1
The preview lists exact row errors before you confirm. Rejected rows are not imported. Only confirmed rows are applied (valid creates and updates).
- Always review the preview carefully before confirming.
Best practices
- Start with a small test file before uploading large batches
- Use templates without changing column names
- Double-check pricing and quantities
- Use export → edit → preview → confirm for safest updates
- Always review the preview carefully before confirming
- Remember: rejected rows are not imported; only confirmed valid rows are applied
