Bulk tools help eligible sellers manage many listings faster. Use them carefully, because imported data affects what buyers see.

Who can use this

Bulk import and export normally require approved seller status and seller level 2 or higher, or a staff-granted access privilege. The live eligibility check remains authoritative. Bulk operations remain owner-only, and files support up to 500 rows.

Listing requirements

Imported listings still need accurate titles, categories, prices, stock, delivery times, images, and rules. Bulk upload does not bypass marketplace rules.

What to expect

Run a preview before confirming an import. Review created rows, updated rows, rejected rows, stock, prices, images, delivery, and auction fields before publishing anything.

Exports are meant to help you audit and update your own listings. They should not be treated as a backup of private account handoff secrets.

If something goes wrong

Pause affected listings and contact support with the file name, time uploaded, and a short description of the issue.

Import step by step

1. Open Bulk import, choose the correct listing family, and download its Template.
2. Fill the required columns without changing the header format.
3. Select Upload CSV for preview. Uploading does not publish changes.
4. Review Creates, Updates, and Rejects. Correct errors and preview again if needed.
5. Select Confirm import only after reviewing the proposed changes.
6. Read Import finished for actual created, updated, failed, and skipped rows. A partial result is not proof that every row succeeded.

Use Export CSV for your own supported listings. If listings changed after preview, create a fresh preview before confirming.
