Zezima cannot compare you with private seller accounts, expose buyer private data, show private report details, or answer platform-wide finance questions from the seller assistant. Live seller pages remain the source of truth.
Open Analytics and confirm the selected workspace and period. Revenue, sales, average order value, and listing engagement describe different signals. Read any partial-coverage or unavailable-source notice; unavailable data must not be treated as zero sales. Use Reports for private monthly exports rather than expecting the summary to contain every transaction row.
