Rules for set-priced item listings and item auctions.
Reviewed July 2026
Item listings must clearly show the item, game, item type, price or auction terms, stock, image, and delivery time.
Use a safe public image that represents the item. Choose set-priced or auction based on how you want buyers to purchase.
Deliver the exact item and quantity promised. Keep order chat and delivery proof on-platform.
Do not use unrelated images, list unavailable items, mix account details into item listings, or change auction terms after buyers have relied on them.
Ask Zezima to draft buyer-friendly item wording, summarize the difference between buy-now and auction item listings, build a pre-publish checklist, or point you to the right item seller page. Zezima may summarize your own visible seller item listings after sign-in, but it cannot publish, pause, edit, change stock, expose hidden rows, bypass seller verification, or move delivery away from the order page.
Pause the listing or contact support before more buyers are affected.
