Use the seller dashboard to create and manage the listing type that matches what you sell.
Choose the correct surface for each product: gold/currency, items, accounts, auctions, boosting, or swap. Each surface has fields designed for that product.
The dashboard shows live, paused, sold, ended, and draft states where available. Some actions may be locked after buyers bid, pay, or start an order.
Ask Zezima which seller page to open for gold, swap, item, account, auction, or boosting listings. For gold and currency offers, it can point verified sellers to the currency-offer manager or new-offer page, help make public terms clearer, and remind you which stock, rate, minimum, delivery, and instruction fields to check before publishing. It cannot publish, pause, edit, price-change, or bypass seller verification from chat.
Do not list account details as item listings, hide extra terms in images, or use misleading tags to appear in unrelated searches.
Pause the listing if terms are wrong, then edit it before going live again. Contact support if an order is already affected.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
