How sellers can reuse safe listing wording and field plans.
Reviewed July 2026
Listing templates help sellers reuse clear titles, descriptions, delivery notes, rules, and field plans. They save time, but every live listing still needs a final review before it reaches buyers.
Templates are available from seller tools for approved sellers and allowed workspace members. Availability may depend on the product area and the live seller page.
A template should be accurate, product-specific, and safe for buyers to read. Do not store passwords, recovery details, private delivery secrets, card details, private keys, or buyer personal data in a template.
Create or save a template, reuse it when preparing a supported listing, then check the live fields before saving or publishing. Templates are a starting point, not proof that a listing is valid.
Ask Zezima to draft template wording, make seller rules more buyer-friendly, turn rough notes into a delivery checklist, draft saved-reply wording for common buyer messages, or explain where templates are managed. Zezima should not save, delete, send, or publish templates/replies from chat.
Do not use templates to hide misleading terms, route buyers off-platform, promise delivery you cannot meet, or repeat unsafe private data across listings.
Edit or delete the affected template, review live listings that used it, and contact support if buyers may have seen incorrect information.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
