Listing templates

Listing templates help sellers reuse clear titles, descriptions, delivery notes, rules, and field plans. They save time, but every live listing still needs a final review before it reaches buyers.

Who can use this

Templates are private seller-owner tools. Delegated workspace members cannot open or manage them. Availability depends on the supported listing type and the live seller page.

Listing requirements

A template should be accurate, product-specific, and safe for buyers to read. Do not store passwords, recovery details, private delivery secrets, card details, private keys, or buyer personal data in a template.

How it works

Open Listing templates. Under Save listing as template, select an existing listing, name the template, and choose Save template. Saving does not create a live offer. Choose Use template, review the proposed price, stock, and details, then select Create listing only when ready. The separate duplicate tool is for supported fixed-price item listings. Templates are a starting point, not proof that an offer is valid.

What is not allowed

If something goes wrong

Delete an unsafe or outdated template and save a corrected setup from an appropriate listing. Review live listings created from the old template separately: deleting a template does not remove those listings. Contact support if buyers were affected.
