Seller guidelines: gold, currency & swap

Quick answer

Gold and swap listings must show accurate game, direction, rate, stock, minimum amount, delivery time, and instructions.

Listing requirements

Normal gold listings use checkout and order delivery. Swap listings use a swap thread and direct in-game handoff; RSBazaar does not escrow the in-game gold. Do not mix the two flows in one listing.

Approved seller access is still required. Basic swap normally unlocks at $50 or more in lifetime support OR seller level 3 or higher; staff donor-tier overrides may also apply. Smart Swap requires $150 or more in lifetime support and exactly one live OSRS plus one live RS3 gold listing with stock. The live eligibility check is authoritative. Zezima can explain these rules but cannot bypass them or publish a swap offer.

When Smart Swap terms change, review the source-changed state before publishing so buyers see the latest rate. If a swap listing already has thread history, deleting it archives it for evidence instead of removing the record.

Delivery rules

Confirm game, amount, username, world, and timing before handoff. Keep delivery messages and proof on RSBazaar.

For clarity, ordinary swap-thread messages stay in the thread; they are not a separate notification policy or a reason to move coordination off-platform.

What is not allowed

No fake stock, misleading rates, off-site payment requests, or instructions that bypass order or swap threads.

Use Gold & currency for ordinary gold sales. Check whole-million stock and minimum quantity, price per M, delivery time, accepted funding settings, buyer instructions, and any volume discounts.

Use Gold swap for each swap direction. Manual mode uses your entered terms; Smart Swap derives rate, limits, and available stock from its live sources and profit margin. Review source-change notices before confirming. Keep proof inside the affected swap thread.
