Rules for OSRS/RS3 gold listings and gold swap offers.
Reviewed July 2026
Gold and swap listings must show accurate game, direction, rate, stock, minimum amount, delivery time, and instructions.
Normal gold listings use checkout and order delivery. Swap listings use a swap thread and direct in-game handoff. Do not mix the two flows in one listing.
Seller swap access follows the live seller rules. Basic swap listings require the required seller level and donor-rank eligibility shown in seller tools. Smart Swap requires the higher Smart Swap donor-rank gate when available. Zezima can explain the rules and link the seller page, but it cannot bypass them or publish a swap offer for you.
When Smart Swap terms change, review the source-changed state before publishing so buyers see the latest rate. If a swap listing already has thread history, deleting it archives it for evidence instead of removing the record.
Confirm game, amount, username, world, and timing before handoff. Keep delivery messages and proof on RSBazaar.
For clarity, ordinary swap-thread messages stay in the thread; they are not a separate notification policy or a reason to move coordination off-platform.
No fake stock, misleading rates, off-site payment requests, or instructions that bypass order or swap threads.
Ask Zezima to explain seller swap eligibility, compare public swap rates, help draft buyer-safe swap instructions, summarize your own seller swap offers, or explain how to request a review through Support. Verified gold sellers can also ask where to create or edit gold offers, how to make public instructions clearer, what fields to review before publishing, and how to summarize their own visible offer status after sign-in. It cannot publish offers, change rates, pause listings, bypass verification or KYC, invent seller trust, reveal buyer private data, or move payment or delivery off-platform. Do not paste private evidence, credentials, payment details, or off-platform chat into AI.
Pause the listing if stock or rate is wrong. Contact support if a buyer is already affected.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
