What company sellers need before review.

Choose company when a registered business is the seller or the marketplace activity belongs to a company.
The company flow asks for listing categories, selling experience, registered company details, beneficial-owner (UBO) details, the UBO identity document, proof of ownership, Articles of Association, and proof of registered company address.
The person who ultimately owns or controls the company must match the UBO details and UBO identity document. Company documents should be recent, readable, and uploaded only through the secure wizard.
Zezima can explain whether the next safe step is company details, UBO details, UBO ID, company documents, status review, or seller dashboard access after approval. It does not receive or display raw identity or company files in chat.
If the company seller is already approved, Zezima should not route you back to UBO or company-document uploads unless the live status page asks for an update.
Zezima cannot approve or reject a company seller, bypass review, expose non-public review rules, or accept raw company files in chat.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
