Verified sellers with access to service tools can respond to eligible buyer requests.
Quotes should include price, expected time, what is included, and anything the buyer must provide.
Send progress updates in the service thread. Keep proof of completed milestones where relevant.
Ask Zezima to draft a clear quote, progress update, buyer question, or support summary for a service job. Verified sellers can be linked to received boosting requests, while unverified sellers are routed to seller verification first. Zezima cannot submit quotes, accept jobs, edit service state, bypass seller verification, or request passwords, recovery details, bank PINs, one-time codes, or off-platform contact details.
Do not request off-site payment, add hidden fees after acceptance, or ask for unnecessary sensitive account details.
The current quote form does not have a separate scope-description field; keep the scope in the request and conversation.
