Rules for quotes, service delivery, progress proof, and buyer communication.
Reviewed July 2026
Boosting sellers should quote clearly, deliver only agreed work, and keep progress messages on RSBazaar.
Service descriptions should explain what is included, what the buyer must provide, expected timing, and any limits.
Use the service order or quote thread for updates. Share progress proof when useful and avoid asking for unnecessary sensitive details.
Ask Zezima to draft buyer-safe service quote wording, tighten progress-update language, explain what proof to keep, or route verified sellers to received boosting requests. Zezima can guide sellers through quote, delivery, and support wording, but it cannot submit quotes, accept jobs, edit service state, ask for private credentials, bypass seller verification, or move work off-platform.
No off-site payments, bait-and-switch quotes, unsafe account requests, or work outside the agreed scope without buyer approval.
Pause new quotes if you cannot deliver and contact support with the service thread reference.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
