How verified sellers can invite trusted helpers without sharing account access.
Reviewed July 2026
Seller teams let a verified seller invite trusted helpers to supported seller workspaces. Each helper should use their own RSBazaar account and only receive the roles they actually need.
Delegated access is currently limited to the workspace-bound Analytics and Withdrawals pages. Listings, stock, messages, disputes, reports, templates, bulk tools, and boosts remain owner-only.
Seller team management is for approved sellers and eligible workspace members. If you are not sure which account owns the workspace, sign in with the seller account and open the seller team page.
Team access does not bypass listing, delivery, verification, safety, or checkout rules. The live seller tools still decide what each account can view or change.
Do not share passwords, recovery details, payment information, or private account handoff data with teammates outside the official workspace and order tools.
Choose the smallest safe role set:
Older invites may display legacy Listings or Messages grants for audit history. Those grants no longer open delegated routes; the seller owner account must perform those actions.
Seller team roles do not create internal site access, finance access, ownership transfer, or unrestricted access.
Ask Zezima to explain roles, summarize your visible team/workspace state, draft an invite role plan, explain the difference between seller roles and staff permissions, or point you to refresh/revoke actions. Zezima should not reveal invite links, grant internal permissions, or change team access outside the live seller page.
Do not invite shared inboxes, sell workspace access, let someone use your password, or give broad roles when a smaller role is enough.
Revoke access from the seller team page and contact support with the teammate email, approximate time, and what changed.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
