Verified sellers can view their level, fee previews, and eligibility details from seller tools.
Seller level may affect eligibility, visibility, or fee treatment depending on the marketplace feature. Some features also depend on donor rank or account standing.
The site shows the current fee or level effect before the action matters. If your account status changes, live seller tools may update what is available.
Contact support with the listing ID or purchase ID and a screenshot of the live preview.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
