Seller reports & exports

Quick answer

Open Seller Dashboard > Reports when you need seller-scoped exports. Choose the report type, month, and supported file format shown on the page.

Available report areas

• Sales reports for seller-attributed orders.
• Wallet and payout reports for seller-visible balance activity.
• Donation reports where seller tools include donation context.

Download a report

1. Open Seller Reports.
2. Choose Sales, Wallet / payouts, or Donations.
3. Select Month (UTC) and Format: XLSX, CSV, PDF, DOCX, or JSON.
4. Select the matching download button, such as Download Sales.

Files are prepared on demand. Future months cannot be exported. Sales exports separate platform commission from net payout; Wallet and donation records use their own report types. Reports and export rows remain owner-only, including when Analytics access has been delegated.
