A quick video and written guide to selling items: photos, stock, fixed pricing, discounts, auction bids, instant win and delivery.
Watch the guide (1:17)Follow the video to prepare an OSRS or RS3 item listing, either at a fixed price or as an auction. The on-screen steps cover the shared fields, pricing, and final review.
Before you start: sign in with an approved seller account and have a clear item photo ready. The recording uses an OSRS bond with example stock and prices. Use your own available items and pricing. The example listings are not published during the walkthrough.
Open Seller dashboard → Selling → Items:
Both forms support OSRS and RS3.
Choose the Game and Item type, then enter a clear Offer title. Upload a JPEG or PNG photo, no larger than 10MB, that accurately represents the item. An optional description can explain what you are selling and any useful delivery details.
Choose a Guaranteed delivery time you can reliably meet. The example uses 20 min – 1 hour. Delivery is through In-game trade; after purchase, arrange the world and meeting location in the order conversation.
For a buy-now listing, enter Total quantity available and Price per item ($). The example lists 10 bonds at $10.00 each. Quantity means how many individual items you can sell, not the total price of the listing.
You can leave Volume discount empty or choose + Add row to reward larger orders. The example sets a minimum quantity of 5 at $9.50 per item. That is the price for each item at the discount threshold, not the total for five items.
An item auction sells one item. It has no stock quantity or volume-discount fields.
Set the Auction duration, Starting bid price ($), and Instant win price ($). The example uses 3 days, a $5.00 starting bid, and a $10.00 instant win price.
The starting bid is the minimum opening bid. Instant win lets a buyer purchase at that price and end the auction immediately. It must be at least the starting bid.
Review carefully: before the first bid, you can edit, pause, or delete an auction. After the first bid, those actions lock to preserve the auction and its bid history.
Check the Live preview, Summary, delivery window, and displayed Fee structure. Read the policy confirmations and tick them when the listing meets the requirements.
Only publish when the details are correct and you are ready to fulfil orders.
Use the order conversation to coordinate delivery after a sale. For private account or seller help, open Zezima and request live support.
