Why verification exists and what to expect.
Verified sellers help keep the marketplace safe. You will be asked for identity and business details where required by our policies and risk review.
Verification status appears on your profile and in internal review queues. Staff review times vary — submit clear documents and monitor email and notifications.
Boosting uses the same seller verification as the rest of the marketplace (one approved seller application — there is no separate “boosting verification” product or extra identity tier for services). To see requests, quote, and use boosting chat, you must still be an approved seller and enable the right game/category subscriptions in your boosting tools — see Boosting for sellers.
Separately, trust & safety may pause an individual boosting request, offers, chat, or checkout while staff review a concern. That is case-level moderation, not a different verification level.
If something is unclear or outdated, email us and we will improve it. Do not share passwords or payment codes in email.
