Why Zezima asks for a separate confirmation word before supported account changes.
Reviewed July 2026
Set your Zezima confirmation word in Account settings before asking Zezima to apply supported low-risk account changes.
Do not use your password, email code, 2FA code, recovery code, or any private secret as the confirmation word. Pick a short word you can remember and keep it separate from account security codes.
For supported account changes, Zezima first explains the exact change. Before saving, RSBazaar re-checks the signed-in owner, conversation, token expiry, replay/idempotency, live account state, and your Zezima confirmation word.
Zezima can prepare eligible username changes, optional email settings, marketplace notification preferences, browser sounds, display currency, theme, user effect preference, seller presence preference when you are eligible, and forum staff effects when your role is eligible.
Zezima cannot change your password, 2FA setup, email verification code, avatar file, username availability, account ownership, seller verification, donor rank, staff role, loyalty status, restrictions, KYC, seller approval, refunds, fund release, payouts, wallet movement, legal actions, provider actions, or another user's account. Existing account rules always apply.
Ask "Where do I find preferences?", "What is my current cosmetic effect?", "Set my theme to dark", or "Turn marketplace sounds off." If your confirmation word is not set, Zezima will guide you to set it first instead of applying the change.
Open Account settings and check the saved preference. If the change is not available, Zezima should explain the live rule that blocked it or route you to Support.
