How to sign in safely and use your RSBazaar account.

Use the same RSBazaar account on our official domains: rsbazaar.org and rsbazaar.net. Sign in from Login, create a new account from Register, and recover access from Forgot password.
Check that the address bar is on an official RSBazaar domain before entering your password. RSBazaar support and Zezima will never ask for your password, reset link, one-time code, recovery code, session cookie, provider token, private key, or full card details.
Your session keeps you signed in on the current browser. If a protected page sends you back to Login, sign in again and RSBazaar should return you to the page you requested. If the password may be wrong, use Forgot password; the recovery page uses safe wording and does not reveal whether an email exists.
Google and Discord buttons only work for accounts already connected to that provider. If a provider signup is stuck, restart from Register, choose Customer or Seller, pick a username, accept the terms, then use the official provider button again.
If a page says your account is locked, restricted, suspended, or banned, follow the official page message or use Support. Do not create another account to bypass the restriction. Support can review the account through the protected support path, but AI chat cannot lift or bypass the restriction.
Buyers can browse OSRS and RS3 marketplace listings, buy accounts, items, and currency, bid on auctions, use swap offers, follow orders, chat in Messages, leave feedback after eligible orders, use forums, connect Discord, and join community features such as raffles when they meet the requirements.
Approved sellers can manage seller tools, list currency, items, accounts, and auctions, update stock, chat with buyers, follow order activity, receive feedback, and use eligible swap or smart swap tools when their account meets the donation-rank or feature requirements.
Security prompts may appear for important actions such as checkout, Wallet, seller tools, account changes, and sensitive order actions. The RSBazaar AI assistant can answer marketplace and Help Centre questions, help find listings, guide you to the right page, and route you to support when staff access is needed. Zezima can explain which official page to use for sign-in, registration, username setup, verification email, password reset, Google signup, Discord signup, Discord connect, logout, email change, and account-restriction messages.
Zezima can explain public Help Centre topics, link you to the right route, summarize your own signed-in status where allowed, and prepare supported low-risk account changes after you set a Zezima confirmation word in Account settings. Replies stay compact and use only the sections that help, such as What I found, Next step, Open this, and Limit. Zezima cannot create accounts, change passwords or credentials, process reset links, handle codes in chat, bypass verification, bans, or restrictions, move money, approve KYC or sellers, approve payouts, release funds, lift holds, grant referral credit, expose provider data, or access another user's private data.
Use account recovery or open Zezima with the page you were on, the public error text, your browser/device, and what you were trying to do. Do not post passwords, one-time codes, reset links, recovery details, session cookies, provider tokens, or private account information in public forums or AI chat.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
