Open Account settings, then use Preferences for optional emails, marketplace alerts, browser sounds, display currency, theme, seller presence, and public effects.
Only change preferences from your own signed-in account. Some messages, such as receipts, security alerts, order updates, and recovery emails, may still be sent when needed even if optional updates are off.
Preferences control how RSBazaar feels for you:
User effects change how your public identity can appear on supported pages. Choose Staff, Donor, Loyalty, or Off only when your account is entitled to that effect. Donor, loyalty, and staff effects do not bypass checkout rules, seller verification, restrictions, or marketplace safety.
Ask Zezima where a preference lives, what it does, or what your current preference is. When supported, Zezima can prepare a safe preference change for your own account and require your Zezima confirmation word before applying it. It cannot change another account, bypass an entitlement, or use your password, email code, or 2FA code.
Refresh Account settings and check the live value. If a preference does not save or keeps reverting, ask Zezima to help describe the issue or open Support.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
