How public profile details work and why some username or avatar changes may be limited.
Reviewed July 2026
Use Account settings to manage your public username, avatar, profile text, and public identity choices.
Your profile can appear near listings, forums, messages, feedback, and marketplace activity. Do not put passwords, recovery answers, private contact details, payment addresses, or private delivery details in your public profile.
Choose a username carefully. RSBazaar checks availability, format, and change limits before saving. Zezima can explain where the username field is and can prepare eligible signed-in username changes through the existing confirmation-card flow, but it cannot reserve a taken username, skip a cooldown, bypass username policy, or bypass account restrictions.
Standard avatars use the live upload rules shown in Account settings. Animated GIF or moving profile pictures require the donor entitlement shown by the site, and larger files may be rejected by the upload limit. Zezima can explain why an avatar is not eligible, but uploads and file checks still happen through Account settings.
Ask Zezima for short profile guidance, such as "Where do I change my avatar?" or "Why can't I use a GIF avatar?" Zezima can read your own visible entitlement state after sign-in and point you to the right setting, but it cannot upload files for you or unlock donor, loyalty, or staff cosmetics you do not have.
Try a smaller supported image, remove private text from the profile field, and save again. If the live page still rejects a valid change, contact Support.
Send a short on-site note if something is unclear or outdated. Staff can review it from the Help Centre console.
